First Division: Isaiah expresses the collective prayer of the Jews in captivity.
Isaiah 63:7-64:12

Principle #1: We can pray and profusely praise God’s love, sovereignty, steadfastness, mercy, compassion, goodness, faithfulness, past blessings, guidance, and believe we are his child and still be unsaved because we are unrepentant toward sin.

Second Division: God responds to the collective prayer of Israel.
Isaiah 65:1-16

Principle #2: It is only those who choose to respond to God’s call to repent of sin who are His eternally, chosen and are the saved ones.
